Our packages are designed to provide you with a holistic approach towards health and include all the elements needed to your fitness goals- exercise plans, diets and mindset support. You can enrol with us for a month to gauge our capacity and our strengths. If you are already on your way towards your goals we will be happy to accompany you ahead on it and have longer and affordable packages. Although there is a defined structure to provide you with a routine and keep you consistent, our expert plans will have enough inbuilt flexibility to accommodate different body types, fitness goals, time availability and diet preferences. From providing interval online guidance along with plans for the self motivated but time constrained to hybrid sessions where there will be thrice weekly online fitness training sessions. This allows you to exercise from the convenience of your home while being guided throughout the course. If you have friends who would like to join you, we have provisions for that too. Also if virtual training is not your thing, we have the arrangements to provide you with personal training in person too.
