Mr Milesh Patel started his stint in the fitness industry more than fifteen years ago when his passion for the same inspired him to make it his full-time occupation after spending years managing his father’s business. He is one of the few fully certified Reebok fitness trainers and has mastered the skills in various arenas of fitness and mindset training over the years.

Given his rigorous training and constant willingness to upgrade his knowledge, Milesh is technically suave, and all his workout plans have strong scientific foundations. However, what separates him from others is his empathetic approach to fitness. Having catered to more than 4000 clients in group and personal settings over the years, Milesh thoroughly understands that motivations, capacity, and goals vary across a wide range among fitness enthusiasts.
